Every Love Custom Gifts piece is made to order just for you, then shipped from the USA.
Processing time
Orders are made and packed within 2β5 business days. Personalized and engraved pieces may take the full 5 days, and processing can run longer during holidays.

Where we ship
Jewelry, watches, keychains, acrylic keepsakes and journals ship worldwide, except to the United Kingdom, where we don't currently sell. Blankets, mugs and drinkware, home dΓ©cor and apparel ship within the United States only.
Tracking
All US orders include tracking. Tracking is available for most international destinations; international tracking may not update between leaving the USA and clearing customs in your country.
Our delivery promise
If your order hasn't arrived within 8 weeks, we'll happily reship it at no extra cost, provided the shipping information entered at checkout was correct.
Good to know
- Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
- International orders: except for Canada standard shipping (duties prepaid), customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or other government charges. EU orders: VAT, the EU customs duty and a carrier handling fee are collected by the carrier on delivery; these are not included in our prices. Please check your country's import rules.
